On 6/29 I ordered from Omaha wines the Award-Winning Mix + Bonus Bottle, ****************** with their promotion of $99, which I received. Last week, I discovered that they registered me in the unlimited club for $89 (gave me credit the first time so I never saw any charge, nor notification) and without my consent, nor sending me a note before the ship (like the Omaha steaks do, or other companies) they sent me a shipment charging me $199, including wines I never selected, with many duplicate (the cheaper ones). I did contact customer service and asked them how to return, I got no response. I tried to cancel the account because their unethical contact but was unable. I need to make sure my account is cancelled and I will never be charged again as well as sending me directions how to return this order back to them. I am inclined to cancel my Omaha steaks membership if this doesn't get resolved. Thank you

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I hope in the future they don't hide future shippings for double the price.

      Sincerely,
