    I made 2 purchases on Meta Marketplace, total exceeding $200.00. The only record of these transactions are on my Meta Account. Both orders were cancelled by **** or by the merchant after I complained that I hadn't received the items. I waited 1 month, after not receiving a refund I complained to Meta. **** responded asking for more information. Before I could respond they accused me of breaking the community rules and disabled my account. Since I can no longer access my account, I cannot access the specific information related to these transactions.

    This ******* is a subsidiary of ******** and it claims to be a health and wellness *******, even though there is no physical address associated with it. Meta, the new parent ******* of ********, is compelling individuals to download the app in order to obtain unauthorized access to private information.

    This communication is in response to the complaint we received on 7/20/2023 where you stated the following:
    This ******* is a subsidiary of ******** and it claims to be a health and wellness *******, even though there is no physical address associated with it. Meta, the new parent ******* of ********, is compelling individuals to download the app in order to obtain unauthorized access to private information.

    Company Response:
    META Teletherapy is a College Mental Health Marketplace. A counseling platform developed specifically for college students to help them choose and connect to a licensed mental health professional.Students choose a therapist they like, send a chat message, and connect at their convenience for talk, text, or video therapy sessions. Students download the META App from the AppStore or ****** Play Store for timely counseling help from their institutions mental health counselors or METAs licensed counselors.

    META Teletherapy is not a subsidiary or affiliated in any way with ********.
