    On or about 11/25/2024, I contacted A&T Emergency Services to fix a leak in my dining room ceiling. ******* arrived and asked for a check for $1,000.00 which he promised would not be cashed until work was scheduled. He informed me that the work would be extensive enough to warrant filing a claim with my insurance company, which I did the same day. The next day he called and asked for money to schedule the work. I told him to discard the check and I would pay by credit card. He forwarded me a link to use and I made the payment. While I awaited funds from my insurance company he became non-responsive. He has since refused my calls, texts and emails. When I went to his office, no one was present. Worse, I just found out recently that he did cash the check on 12/4/2024.

    We signed a contract for plumbing work with **** AKA *************************** on Friday, April 19, 2024. He presented a contract with the total estimate cost of $15,450.00 At that time, he requested a $7000.00 deposit which we paid by PNC Bank Credit Card. At the time of signing the contract he said he would be finished with the work by ******, April 21,2024. That was definitely not the case.During his time at our house he also discovered that our sewer going out of the house needed to be replaced. **** and my husband agreed to $6000.00 for the additional work which would include digging up the side of the house, putting in new drain pipe and connecting to sewer main, back filling and concrete. He also agreed to provide us a new shower stall, vanity and toilet. As well as fix our laundry room floor and bathroom floor. He had us send him the type of flooring we wanted. Once we paid him he never came back to the house. He was texting my husband making excuses for why he had not come back. He was supposed to come back 2 weeks ago first thing in the morning but was a not call no show. We have not been able to reach him since.
