    Hello,,we wen,t on the heart of the ******** rockies tour in june 2022..booked it at a travel agent,,,we were asked to pay gratuities in advance,,,did not like that ,,,gratiutes should be paid at the travelars discretion for services provided,,,even if the service was lousy they already got paid and we were dropped at our hotel in ****** in the rain,,no transportation provided into town so the group could eat,,,reason given,,,this was outside of there working hours,,and the remarks the tour director made on that subject was not appreciated,,the ************************* should be added to the tour,,,there were some from the group that left the columbia icefield we believe to go to the skywalk and not telling anyone,,,tour director remarks ,,who wants to walk on a glass full of scraches,,,well i for one would have loved it and if your gonna bring us across the country a view of the ocean would have been the icing on the cake,,,on a more positive note they took us to a beautiful waterfall,,,,even a little thing like a stop at the welcome to **************** road sign for pics would have been nice,,,you have to remember that for the tour director and the driver this is no big deal for them but for the traveler this is a trip of a lifetime ,,memories that will last forever and chances are they might not be able to afford to go back,,,any comments would be appreciated,,thank you

    We missed a day of the tour because of the delay in flights in May 2022 due to bad weather in the Northeast. Called airlines, can't help because we booked our flights with Cosmos/Globus Travel with our tours, booking # ******. Called Cosmos/Globus, no one can help us after office hours and weekends. Have to pay for a new flight to get to destination.AON Travel is the worst travel insurance that I have dealt with! Cosmos Travel/Globus Travel should not market this insurance company if they want more people to tour with them. Our claim was in June and they kept on asking for same documentation that were sent to them already including a letter from the airline to confirm delay. They have closed our claim 11/20/22 and we have to open a new one, which will take, I do not know for how long again.Cosmos/Globus did not help, we booked our flights with them, airlines will not help if you did. Cosmos/Globus' response, no one can help us after office hours and weekends, as if they book flights on weekdays only!This is one of the best tour for us because of the the location and friends with us, but it left a very sour taste in our mouths because of the lack of help received with regards to the flights.I suggest that you do not book flights especially at this time where a lot of flight delays/cancellations are happening. I might not even book any tours with Cosmos/Globus Travel, they gave us $200 travel voucher, this will not help.
