      On July 24, 2024, Pro Tree Service came out to ********************. This building is condos and is under ***. *****, estimator thought I was the person who call the company. I immediately explained to him that the *** have not approved any services with the company and I was the president of the ***. He ignored me and continued on. I call the company and spoke to ****, he informed me that he was the owner. I begin to explain that his client could not do any thing on our property because it had not been approved by the ***. He became disrespectful, uncooperative, talk over me, argumentative, gave me a ****** on *** rules and regulations, told me he was going to bring the police and call me stupid. He also informed me that his company can come out and do whatever they want on private property, the *** has no say so and we did not exist as an Association. A letter was emailed to the ****** estimator twice and to the company email. On August 1, 2024, Pro Tree Sevice still call out and disregard the emails and calls from the ***. This is the worst company. No company has the right to get involved with corporations/organizations business. This is unprofessional and out of line.

      I asked my grandson to call this company to see what they charge to have some trees cut down in my backyard. He called this company and they came out to give me a quote. I accepted the quote intending to completely cut and remove the trees. When they finished cutting the tree down my grandson let them know the ***** had to be removed. The worker told him he would return to finish the job. This statement was made in front of my grandson and my upstairs tenant. No one came back out. I made the call to them. I was told that someone would be out. They said they came out but I did not hear or see anything else. I called them again and was informed that someone had come out but nothing had been said or done. I called them several more times. I have not gotten a callback. I called them today 4/3/2024)and a gentleman answered the phone he said they would not be removing the stumps. I told him I would make a complaint with the BBB and I hung up my phone.

      They did not complete the service after we paid $4000. They only got 75% of the agreed tree cutting service, 25% of the big branch still not cut. They did not come back to pick up the huge logs left on our yard which cost us $550 to get another company and it was written in their contract that they will remove whatever they left. We have photos and videos of everything that occured. They did not put the fence back, which will gonna cost us addition money to restore it back. They promised 3 separate times to finish the job but they did not appeared. The workers are courteous and we even gave a tip $20 per worker to give thanks to them. However this company, did not completely honor our contract agreement (my husband and them). They left our backyard unsafe for unwelcome people and animals. . We not happy with service and we want our money back for the agreed tree cutting service that they did not finished, the money we paid for the other company to pick up the lumbers, and the cost to put our fence back in place.

      I am contacting about the complaint #********. There was a mathematical error on the "desired outcome" part... I stated that the 25% of the $4000 is $1,400, which was a wrong computation. It must be corrected to $1000 regarding to the tree trim. The grand total of the desired settlement is $2050. Thank you.

      Took Advantage of an Elderly Woman. DISHONEST, DISREPUTABLE, VANDALS. **** recently cut down a tree on the neighbors property, without permission removed the gate from the OUR back yard, damaged the gate, ENTERED OUR BACK YARD, cut down an entire tree and dropped it in the our back yard WITHOUT PERMISSION or prior knowledge that he would be there. The tree is the neighbors not mine, he did not at any time inform us he would be in out back yard. They were caught trying to dismantle our chain link fence. They damaged the gate so It could not be locked and demanded they were coming back to open the fence and dig out our yard to gain access to a tree ***** on the neighbors property. The Police had to be called. **** demanded that he doesnt care about the neighbors lawn AND ALSO THREATENED TO TEAR DOWN THE ENTIRE FENCE. They also refused to use a bucket lift to access the tree and snuck into our yard with 5 young workers to climb it. They brought a large tree shredder and backed it through our front yard damaging the lawn severely. All of this was done after a heavy rainy previous day and a morning Snow. They refused to park in front of the house on the street. All of the work was on my property, I did not hire this guy. They did not back through the neighbors front yard, they backed through ours and parked on our lawn. There was no damage to the property that hired them only ours. Now there is a huge fight with the neighbor. **** has refused to repair all the damage he caused and REFUSED TO PROVIDE AN INSURANCE CERTIFICATE TO THE PERSON THAT HIRED HIM AND THE NEIGHBOR WHOS PROPERTY HE DESTROYED. DO NOT TRUST "****************** HE IS A HABITUAL LIER. BEWARE OF **************************** AND ANY OF HIS *******. THEY ARE ALSO USING FAKE NAMES IN THE ***** SO THE GUY THAT COMES OVER WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BE IDENTIFIED... **************, **** ETC. WHATEVER FITS. THEY WILL LEAVE YOU WITH THE PROBLEM AND NEVER ******* FROM AGAIN. THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN AND SENIORS.

      I paid this business $4,500 to remove trees at my home where, in the process, our driveway was damaged both by equipment and falling branches. We contacted Johns Pro Tree Service and they directed us to contact their insurance where we were informed the insured told the insurance that they did NO damage at the property. Johns Pro Tree Service, after many attempts of contact to them by us and after one conversation when the owner called me a punk in a phone conversation, stated if we send them an estimate they would do repairs. We sent estimate and after attempts to follow up have never gotten a replyJohns Pro Tree Service has been completely unresponsive to our attempts to settle this matter. Last contact and agreement to settle this matter was July-August 2022.

      I signed a work order with protree service on 7/16/22 and **** told me that it would take a day to do the job. On Monday, 7/18/22, they came and cut the trees and shrubs but the stumps were not removed. I still paid them the whole amount in good faith that day. I followed up with **** and he told me he would call me back with a time of when someone would come to remove the stumps. Today is day 4 and have not heard from him. He has since stopped responding to my calls or messages. Meanwhile I look like a bad neighbor because the yard looks like a mess.
