This auto sales business doesn't do their due diligence to ensure the co summer is protected from fraudulent behavior because it seems some of the supposed professionals that work there practice this as a concept. When I initially came to the dealership for the test drive the passenger side window did not work. The salesman placed his hand over the window button to proceed and moved it back and forth and told me it did work. I should have known then but I proceeded to move forward. Another red flag when I got their to pick up the car was that it was not ready and I did not see the repair to the car prior to paying for the car. It seems they intentionally held the car back. I agree and the salesman at that moment for the title of the car and was told that they had it in their possession but would overnight the title to the Credit Unioni work tie with to finance the car. When the car came up front the check engine light was on. The dealership was told and took another hour stating that they had changed the o2 sensor. Once I left and got on the freeway the sensor light came back on the car which leaves me to believe they did nothing wasted my time and turned off the light. When I called the dealership a week later to find if the title was mailed out the informed me that I needed to speak with ******** who only works after 3pm. I spoke to ******** and she informed that they never had the title and would need to get it from the Secretary of state from ********. I was informed by d by ******** that she would call me when she mails the title to the *** The call never came. I emailed the Secretary of State for ******** 2 month later and they stated that they have no title for the vehicle. They only title was printed in 2018. I am now dealing with **** the general manager that stated that ****** has the title of my car and that they have to wait to get a power of attorney signed form the previous owner to release the title. How do you sell a car you don't have the title for?
