    Four Ways is making sure my truck is running on this market, They are open to send me everywhere as long as it pays good. communication is key here. Talking with dispatcher and understanding the market and the rates is key. Equipment is new and well maintained.

    First, let me start by saying, these people stole money from their lease purchase drivers and when I started raising questions about it I was considered hostile and uncooperative! The dispatcher never sends actual rate cons and I've only ever received some of the money given for detention pay! Dispatcher will put wrong time on loading have you hours late! Company a complete ****

    I would not work for this company, but especially if you live south of *********/south Carolina. I lease purchased my truck and at the beginning it was fine working for the company, except I could never go home if I didn't want to become behind on payments and make no money. I have a friend who lives in the same area as me and made the same amount ever Week and got to go home more than me, every week otlr every other week. The dispatch team will make it seem like they are working with you but they don't actually get you the loads you were looking for. I asked to stay out of NE region as much as possible and all I got sent to was that region if I denied a load because of it "they wouldn't be able to find anything else" and id lose a day if not more. I had to leave because my mother is ill and in the hospital and I returned their truck to their yard and arranged getting home. I thought I was going to be able to come back but I found out over the weekend I couldn't. I texted them, I got no response. They didn't even send me my last paystub to show me they were taking my whole check for "back payments" do your own research. I did all maintenance on the truck and returned it in better condition than they gave it to me. They seem like a good company but they are really just making money off of you and you won't be able to feed your family.
