      My husband and I used InsureOne to purchase our auto and home insurance from The Hartford. The agent that we had worked with at InsureOne is no longer with the company and we cannot get in touch with anyone at InsureOne to make changes to our insurance policy. I have tried to call the company three times (5/16, 5/19, 5/20) and staid on hold for over an hour without anyone ever answering. I also submitted a request for assistance through their online portal and received no response. When I try to make changes directly through The Hartford, they indicate that I have to go through InsureOne to manage my policy. The representatives at The Hartford have been kind enough to process the changes when I tell them that I cannot get in touch with anyone at InsureOne. In effect, this means that I am not able to manage my insurance policy through the online portal with The Hartford, because changes have to be accepted by the InsureOne agent. I do not know who our InsureOne agent is and I have not been able to get in touch with anyone at InsureOne.I would like to end my insurance with InsureOne, but I cannot get ahold of anyone to do that.
