    I think they have a very good system....for them. As the other reviewer stated, seems they keep the edge to their advantage. They appear to have the same items to open when you watch videos from the past breaks. They got me for a bit of money, but I cannot accept that an item was pulled that they incessantly talked about prior to the pull. They KNEW the item was dropping, and the person with one chance in 8 won. Let me guess, a plant so they can recycle. Poor system for collectors. It is gambling that favors the house to an obscene extent. Have them prove me wrong. Touting they use an online randomizer means nothing. Just roll dice and stop with the drama of electronic randomization. Not dealing with them again.

    I STARTED BUYING INTO MEMORABILIA BREAKS IN DECEMBER OF 2022. AT FIRST IT WAS FUN, BUT THEN I STARTED TO NOTICE HOW WHAT THEY CALL THE HEADLINERS WERE NOT BEING PULLED UNTIL THE LAST FEW ***** IN ALMOST EVERY BREAK. SO, I QUESTIONED THEM AT THE **** AND RECEIVED A NASTY EMAIL FROM ONE OF THERE EMPLOYEES. THE REAL ISSUE CAME UP WHEN I BOUGHT INTO WHAT THEY CALL A "BLACK & BLUE SERIES' WHICH IN THEIR WORDS WERE ITEMS THAT HAD BARELY VISIBLE DEFECTS. THEY MADE THIS STATEMENT NUMEROUS ****S. I PROCEEDED TO WIN A HELMET THAT HAD NO FACEMASK. EVERYONE WATCHING THOUGHT IT WAS A JOKE. IT MADE ME VERY MAD THAT THEY WOULD PUT SOMETHING LIKE THIS INTO ONE OF THERE BREAKS AND FIND NO ISSUE WITH IT. SO, WHEN I COMMENTED THAT I THOUGHT THIS WAS WRONG AND A JOKE, THEY THEN PROCEEDED TO BAN ME FROM THERE SITE. THIS SITE AT NUMEROUS ****S HAVE HAD PARTICULAR PEOPLE WIN ALOT OF HEADLINERS. I BELEIVE THAT THEY ARE PUTTING THE STICKERS ON THE ***** AFTER THE NUMBER HAVE BEEN CALLED. I ALSO BELIEVE THAT THEY HAVE WHAT I WOULD CALL PLANTS IN THEIR BREAK ROOMS TO DRAW PEOPLE INTO THERE BREAKS.
