    I had a hail damaged roof of my Downers Grove home replaced with the supportive assistance of Kolony Restoration. Brandon and Michael were the company’s representatives and contacted my insurance carrier, were present during the adjuster’s inspection/assessment and, when approved, arranged for a total roof replacement. The new roof was installed in one day with excellent results. The total process was “painless” and there was no out of pocket expenses!
    While I hope I won’t need another new roof due to storm damage, I would not hesitate working with Kolony again!

    Kolony Restoration did an outstanding job on the roof on my home right after a hailstorm earlier in 2024. Their help in doing all the leg-work with the insurance company was a huge help with the longest and most complicated part of the process. Brandon, the representative, and Robert, the owner, both worked from start to finish to ensure everything was completed satisfactorily. Brandon’s response rate and timing was very good. Robert’s involvement with the whole process made me feel at ease that everything was going to be done right. After it was all completed, I was extremely pleased with the results.

    I had the pleasure to speak with **** yesterday while he was helping my neighbor. He said since he was in the area he could give me a free inspection and would take photos. I was impressed with the knowledge he had for me. I am located in *********** where a few neighbors now have new roofs. He was happy to guide me in the claim process.

    After the bad storm we had Feb. 27th, here in ******. I noticed my neighbor having a conversation with one of the claim specialists from Kolony Restoration who happened to be ****. He was doing an inspection of their roof, once he was done I asked if he could inspect mine as well. He was up there for about 5 minutes, he came down and continued to check the lower level of my home. When he was done we went over all the photos that he documented of all the damage. He was very knowledgeable and patient when it came to all the questions I had. Unfortunately, I didnt do any work with them due to not being enough damage. Shows the integrity of a company as a whole. Even though nothing could be done today, I know who I will be calling in the future.

    Where do I start amazing job by Kolony. Here in *********** there was a horrible storm and was blessed enough to meet ****. He made the claim process so easy. Thank you to him and everyone at Kolony for getting me new Roof and Gutters!

    Like many, me and my family were approached by **** and ***** from Kolony Restoration while we were outside of our home. I typically do not go with any door to door sales attempts or advertisements but rather ensure I work with people who are referred by family or friends. However, after talking with **** and ***** directly in person we felt the honesty in the work they are doing and the job they are offering. We ended up changing our whole roof with Kolony and I have no complaints on how any part of this process was carried out and completed. The team is highly professional, responsive, answered many questions from myself and my family, worked with us in every step of the way to ensure we understand what is going on between them and our homeowners insurance claim adjuster. The project was completed within the given timeline and everything was done as agreed upon. Clarity, organization, and communication were on point and for that I highly recommend the team at Kolony Restoration for all your home projects. This is a trustworthy team.
