    I did not purchase a thing from this company nor do I even know who they are and I would never pay for a money coach! I can't afford that life. All I know is I called Electrify America to let them know a charger was down and they told me they were sending me a gift card for 100$ and the next thing you know I'm enrolled into some coupon program and getting charged by companies like this without my consent.Electrify America told me I don't have to subscribe to anything and that they already marked it for me but said I needed to pay 4.95 for the shipping cost of the 100$gift card they were sending me and all of the sudden I wake up to a charge from "FS*my money coach" for *****. I want my money returned and I want all of this cancelled and it to be out of my life.

    Hello,

    We have reviewed the complaint regarding ID ******** and appreciate the opportunity to respond.

    Your Money Coach Network is a program that was offered separately during an inbound call, including Terms and Conditions, on February 8, 2024. A confirmation email and welcome letter were sent on 2/8/24.  There are no records of the customer contacting our customer service department to inquire about the program or charges.  Because we want to have a positive customer experience, upon receipt of this ******************** complaint, we have cancelled the order and returned $59.95 on February 28, 2024.  Thank you.

    I went online, Im 87 , to order sheet music. Then this charge appeared on my debit card , $4.95, for FSI*Money Coach Network. I have no idea how they got my number and certainly do not need any service they offer. I have not talked to them or been to their website. I do not trust going to some scam page or calling their number . I want nothing to do with these scammers. I cancelled my card.

    We refunded the original card on file and it shows on our end as refund was processed on 10/18/23 and then confirmed deposited back into the account on 10/19/23.  Please refer to the attached refund confirmation.

    I am rejecting this response because:
    As stated in the first complaint the Moneycard account issued through *********** was closed when we saw the unauthorized charge . That account does not exist at Truist plus they had so many problems with the Moneycard they no longer even offer it!!! 

    so again, I have not received any moneys you charged to the account. The account was closed weeks before BBB was contacted after sitting in the Truist bankers office where they informed me they no longer offer the Moneycard. 

    I have not received a refund. I do not have the account they say they refunded the money. Here is the cash account at Truist associated with adding funds to the MoneyCard. On 10/18 no credit.

    This is one of those scams that unknowingly signs you up and then charges you $59.95 a month.Fight for your money! I got a refund, thank God!
