     I am rejecting this response because:

    The "no warranty" doesn't come into play when the tires could not even be used.  It isn't like we used them and decided we didn't like or want them, or something happened to them after we used them...that's when a "no warranty" claim could be used. Mr. Bedwell took advantage of my son-in-law who didn't know the quality, or lack there of, with these tires and Mr. Bedwell claimed they would work.  Mr. Bedwell even spoke with our tire guy on the phone who told him they were junk, and couldn't be mounted on our tractor rims.  He did speak with my wife twice on the phone and said he would think about it (it being whether he would refund us or at least work with us on a resolution) and get back to us in a couple of days.  We have not received a call back.  Mr. Bedwell admitted in his response to the BBB that they were not in good shape, which means he should not have ever sold them to us.  We still want our money back.          n elderly man. Since this happened we have learned that he has multiple bad reviews.

    no warranty on used tires posted on the counter, son in law inspected the tires when he loaded them, and it also states no one was in the business he stated there was another person in here. I did not tell him they were in great shape I said good tread but cracks in the side walls. I explained to him, and I explained to his mother-in-law what I just told you.
