    Dear Sir or Madam:On August 5, 2021, I visited Family Dental Care for pain associated with a tooth ache. I paid upfront to have the tooth extracted at a later date. Three days after this appointment, the pain stopped totally. I notified the dental office that I no longer felt pain and would like a refund for the prior payment of $315.00 which I paid with an HSA debit card. After making several phone calls to the dental office, I was given the round around that someone would call me back to initiate the refund. No one has ever returned my call. I feel like I have been robbed. I spoke with ***** at their office and she promised that she would talk with the dentist and get back with me. That day has yet to come. Can someone please assist me with this issue.

    I had a scheduled dentist appointment on 7/29/2022 for 10:30 am. I made it on time to my appointment where the dentist explained to me that the plan that we had already originally put together for my dental care he didnt feel comfortable to preform and that he wants to send me to another location for my dental work. He calls the dentist office and they tell him they can see me if i make it by no later then 11:45am. Did not tell me it was a wait or that i would be considered a walk in. I make it to the place at 11:40 am and i am then told that i am basically considered a walk in and that i had to wait for them to clear the entire lobby which was so full that i had to stand for hours. I just started a new job and now i am so inconvenienced because i have to now call off. Im missing money and spending extra on gas because this is completely out of my way of travel. Unfortunately since the problem is causing me a great deal of pain and it needs to be assessed immediately i have no choice but to miss work. Im currently homeless and i need my newly started job as well as my entire income. Im already paying out of pocket and paid them $325 for a walk in basically. They were not empathetic at all and basically told me it was my fault it was an same day appointment. The dental plan had already previously been discussed a month prior. This is my third dental visit. If the specialist didnt feel comfortable with the services i needed that should have been discussed prior so that i could be able to make arrangements.
