    8/17/24 a little after 10 am, My kid and I was in the drive through of Dunkin Donuts *********************************************** to place an order. Prior to placing an order I asked the employee if they had the item that I wanted. Simply because I visit this location if not every morning, then its every other morning, and sometimes Im told they are out of this item. The employee thats taking my order disrespectfully snaps at me, kid in car and can hear everything. I decided to pull over, park and into the restaurant to place my order, hoping to get my order and leave without any issues bc maybe I was unclear being in the drive thru. She continues to snap at me. She pulls out her phone, threatens to video me as if ** doing something to her, I then pull out my phone to video her, then she quickly put hers away. I ask for a manger, she tells me no she wont serve me, and she wont let her staff serve me. And she yells at me to get out. I asked for her managers number she told me to go find it myself bc she was not giving me anything. Idk if she needs coaching, or having other personal problems but this employee has been here working with this awful attitude for too long. She has snapped at me once before and I over looked it. I have heard her speak to other staff and a few other customers using the same harsh tone. I patronize and spend my money at this particular Dunkin Donuts way too often to be treated this way. I was able to ****** and find Dunkins general **************** number and I reached out to them. They supposedly escalated it to upper management however, the same employee that I encountered this problem with was the same employee that was told to call me back. It was NOT a call from a Supervisor or anyone from upper management how is that a resolution? Moving forward I have to not allow my kid to get Dunkin Donuts right down the street from our home because of a disgruntled employee? Pls assist with resolution
