    November 02/22 For shipping is $2300 + $3438 ( 2.4 million Naira) for clearance in ******* The shipper was to ship my Lexus GX470 with lots of goods: Cheffing Dishes = ******* Lexus and ****** sienna tire= $807. 81 Total of all goods in the car $17000.00 The car worth range as of that date was $14000.0 and $18000.0 in the car to ***** ******* in container. He promised me that the car and the goods will arrive in ******* before Christmas. I travelled to ******* to be able to collect the car and the goods in it. Am to return back to ******* January 5th to return to work January 9th. But he failed to deliver. Later promised that it will be arriving /delivered January 18th 2023. So I have to change my return ticket to ******* from January 5th to January 31st 2023 and he still failed to deliver. He was asking for increase to clearance for upto 1.2 million naira ( $1714.3) . I refused to pay the increase in price because that was not what we agreed on before I dropped the car and goods to him. I requested that he should return the car and the goods to ******* and return all cash paid since he refused to deliver the services. Its been over 5 months he has not returned any money and all the items and car shipped. I returned late to ******* because of his disappointment and delayed. I lost my job. He failed to return my car and goods with the cash paid.
