    Despite my car being certified gold used and therefore already having a limited warranty. They added an additional warranty to my contract without my knowledge which added and extra 3000 to my loan amount. Also, they offered extra services like washing my current car but did not do so. And my tires were low on air the 2nd day after purchasing them. I am weary of what other issues I may experience.

    On Sept 27, I visited for an oil change and was informed that I needed two new tires due to bumps despite having recently purchased them. The advisor indicated that the tires were under warranty and that I could replace them the following day (9/28). He informed me to call back to make an appointment. At that moment, I did not realize that having side bumps can cause tire blowouts and a safety hazard.
    On Oct 8, I made an online appointment and called. One of the advisors informed me that he (the original advisor) wasn't there. I struggled to reach an advisor, and the parts depart confirmed that they had tires available for my appointment on 10/10.
    On Oct 10, 2024, I went to my appointment around 3:15 pm; the moment the advisor saw me, he was not too happy. He said," I don't think there are tires available. I stated, " Yes, I called yesterday, and the parts department confirmed ."He had me waiting in the waiting area. He came back around 4:00 pm and said there were no tires. he insisted I never called him personally to confirm my appointment. he mentioned the need to file a claim, despite having ample time to do so before my visit.
    On October 11, 2024, at around 7:30 am, I called the manager about the situation. He informed me that they were working on the claim. I waited hours, and he didn't hear back. manager called me around 2:02 pm. He said they are still waiting on the claim. I told him I was on my way. I spoke to GM and the manager. I was informed to wait 15 minutes in the waiting room. Around 2:40 pm, he told me they were still waiting. Around 3:15, I was told that my tires were not under warranty. I said that the advisor told me it was under warranty. We exchanged words because, now, I was upset and frustrated. At 4:30 pm, I went to the service area to talk to the manager. He said to give him until Tuesday (10/15/24) The manager said driving was safe, but having side bumps is unsafe. This is just a quick summary of the situation. No response yet.

    Biggest mistake in the world buying a used car at Advantage Toyota 3 months ago. I have bought 3 new cars there before no problem and I really wanted a ********* so they got in a used one with low miles...I saw it bought it I noticed a noise right away went back service guy did a test drive said nothing wrong it was just the sound of the hydraulic brakes still heard the noise and went back 2 months later insisted they put it on the rack. it turns out it was a bad axel OMG they will fix it free of charge, but they also said tires are bad and that is what the screeching noise it not the brakes. How could tires go bad on 3 months.. they told me they just put bare minimum tires on car that's like telling me I don't need shoes to walk I was very upset mgr. said we going to fix this after waiting an hour or more they offered me a whopping $30 bucks that is nothing i have to buy 4 new tires they cost almost $300 each plus the labor and additional charges related to tire install.. I also questioned a glass coat that they charged on my original contract for $1595 they said that they charge that for every sale. Just a total rip off. oh, the service person called me and said yes, your tires have arrived and the axel I said how much will the tires be he said let me call you right back he returned the call and said 15% off I just feel like I have no choice and the kicker of it all the dealership mgr. won't even call me back to address my concerns. It will be different if the vehicle that I bought was inexpensive, but it cost a ***** but if this is how they treat their customers they don't deserve my business and I hope that new customers see this as well maybe it will save them some heartache.. they have lost a good customer and i will be singing the praises about my treatment to whomever listening's thanks for nothing Advantage Toyota

    Horrible service!! I recently purchased a vehicle on April 26 the suv was supposed to get new tires which they did I had to come back to get them done then the vehicle was to be serviced on may 10 under warranty for AC unit not working and taillight assembly back entertainment tv not working I waited from 9:30 am until 2 pm and then was given a rental which was and is filthy then I was told the taillight assembly would be ordered which it was and was revived on Monday the 15 I have called and was told it was being fixed then being sent over to another dealership for the entertainment which it was they received the vehicle back on the 18 which advantage then stated the car was still at the other dealership which per my ************* it was back at advantage and they are stating they do t have my car now its Saturday and they said oh yes your car is here after I stated the tracking device states you have the car. And now saying they are going to work on it and hopefully to hear something Monday by the way the man **************** spoke with today was horrible and ignorant and now I dont know what to do about getting my car back this service department is horrible!!

    I had been working with a sales person ************** For a couple of days leading up to my visit to the dealer. I completed the credit app, secured an approval and was provided an interest rate for a car I was interested in. I received an email from the sales person on Sept 23. 2022 that states, "THE ***** WE CAN OFFER YOU ON THE 2023 TOYOTA CAMRY HYBRID YOU REQUESTED IS LISTED BELOW - $29,757"I responded that I was interested in purchasing and would in to visit the car on Sept. 27. The salesperson agreed. I arrived at the dealer to start the purchasing process and was immdiately told the car is actually $34,757 despite the email quote/offer I had from *****. The salesperson continued to make excuses as to why he had been lying to me over email to lure me into the dealer under a false offer. Finally another person came over (maybe a manager) and said "oh the sales person didn't realize we mark up all of our cars so that price he gave you was inaccurate"I had traveled from 3 hours away to purchase the car I quoted. Only to be told it was just shady sales tactics. Very unprofessional! After reviewing their ****** and Yelp reviews it appears this is a normal practice and several other victims were scammed by this dealer the exact same way.
