      I signed a contract with the company back in Oct 2021, and still no results in getting my roof replaced. We are now not receiving any communication from them. I have tried to call, text and email and nothing. I would like a letter of release. They also use different addresses on all of their paperwork with the state of ******** and on their paperwork.

      I'm here to respond to the complain .

      I don't Understand Why she is doing this if I have helped in every way possible .

      NO moneys have exchanged, the check she was issued have not been cashed and she is aware of this. She is up to date on all that has happened .I've had contact with her and kept her informed. the last week I've been out on of the office and last I knew i don't have to give client a list of what I do .I have the messages and will attach. I have invested money to have the Itell test done on her samples and replaced the shingles removed . I feel she is at wrong . If she brakes the contract she will be liable to pay the cancellation fee. 

      This client is just something else , She report Allstate as well . I have no control over how long the insurance takes to resolve her claim.

      Allstate would like us to do a intent to repair and video tape it . how ever I told ***** that weather is not appropriate at this time and test cant be preformed. It has to be around 45/50 degrees in order for the shingles not to break .

      I am rejecting this response because:  I have been more than patient since Oct 2021 working with E&J.  There has been numerous times there was no communication, and every reason was used.  Loss of an employee, military deployment, death in family, and illness.  Allstate has been trying to reach E&J since Dec 12 2022 and no response.  I tried reaching out on Jan 23 2023 and no response until Feb 7 2023.  There have been numerous days in Dec & Jan that it was over 40 degrees (attached).  *********** has horrible communication to say the least, and is unprofessional.  My contract was not even signed by E&J, and since been escalated to the State of ******** Business Licenses for Public Adjusters.  I also plan on informing my local city of their solicitation of business in our area. I recently found out from Allstate they have notes in the file that E&J is extremely hard to get a response from, but yet E&J continues to point the blame at AllState.
