      We did resolve it and he issued me a full refund after removing the radiator from the vehicle ?? ybe 700 feet from the shop and she drove the car from from the from there to her house and it overheated ,She told him that the car overheated they looked at it and stated she needed a head gasket, so car was never fixed, and if she needed a head gasket, she needed a head gasket from the beginning. It was never the just the radiator so I feel like they defrauded me and theres no way that they ran the car and checked it like he said they did and it and it didnt overheat because she didnt even have it for 10 minutes and overheated so if he had a ran the car and tested like he-claim he did it after they fixed it they wouldve known that it was something else, but they knew all along and they didnt want to tell us what was really wrong with it because they wanted to make some money off the car. I spoke to **** and he is very confused in his lies. After research they have done this to several different people. I want a refund,if they had gave a true diagnostic of the car, not fix

      ****** and I have come to an agreement. I agreed to refund the full amount of $675.04 and she agreed to inform you that this complaint is resolved and request it be removed or not published. The total amount was refunded June 16, 2025. I anticipate ****** will be contacting you soon.
