      I encourage NO ONE to ever purchase a vehicle from wards Chrysler in carbondale il. They are unprofessional, and there salesmen are more interested in cellphone than to satisfy a customer. If you want disrespect than you've picked a good dealership. So I'm letting you DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE. They are not worthy of your money or anyone's money.

      This was the worst, most unprofessional car buying experience Ive ever experienced. I wouldnt recommend this dealer to my worst enemy. This has been and still is a headache for me 33 days after signing. Ive been trying to get in contact with the finance manager or a payoff specialist to see when my trade in will be paid off because I still have to make payments on it, even though they sold it to another customer already and If I dont the bank I financed through will keep attacking my credit and adding interest. I tried to reach out ever other day and I hear the same thing.. there in a meeting/busy with a customer/ooo but I find that interesting because they never had a meeting any of the days Ive came and Ive never seen more than 3 to 4 customers come in the dealership, the two times I been. From one customer to another, Dont make the same mistake I did, this isnt even half of the lack of professionalism Ive experienced.

      Got a car a month and one day ago and breaks are bad in it. Breaks had been tight at pushing during reverse and I thought that was normal for it but then it happened while driving forward and caused me to run a red light. It also has a check engine light pop on that shows a code of power train issue. This is the second and last vehicle I buy from them. I will never refer anyone here either.

      Shady place to buy a car. Went there last week and the vibe was toxic. Manager strutted around and talked down to everyone while salesman was trying to help me. Then they didn't have any inventory. Beware.

      My mother and I spoke to an AMAZING sales rep named ******. She was awesome, and she worked hard to get us a deal. Our intention was to buy TWO CARS from ****. When that day. When we showed up on the morning of our appointment, all we could hear was the manager SCREAMING profanities at his staff from his office. This manager was taller with white hair and very loud and rude. He spoke to his staff like they were dogs, and they left his office looking shaken up like they'd been in a war. It took us two seconds to decide to take our business elsewhere. We felt bad about it, because ****** was amazing, but we had to text her and apologize because we can't give our money to this business.

      Bought a car from them last year. They definitely practice predatory sales tactics. I had to wait 2 weeks to actually see and receive the car after signing for it. I have no air conditioning. Mind you, the car was a 2020 with only ****** miles on it. Should have ac w/no problems. Had all kinds of body damage. Burn **** in seat. Runs odd. I was definitely taken advantage of. Bought additional warranty but nothing is covered. *************** Chrysler could care less the customers.

      Great experience. Got a new 24 Dodge Ram at big discount and am very happy with it. Sales people are all friendly and GM *********************** gave me extra attention. I see bad reviews, but honestly, this is a great place to buy a car.

      Do NOT deal with **** Chrysler!My son went there to trade his truck in that he was on with his dad. My son needed a cosigner(that's what he was told) he dealt with a gentleman that he cant remember his name and ********* and he was very nice and made my son and the "cosigner" believe he was trading the truck in for a different vehicle with lower payments. Sadly, they both signed papers and didn't thoroughly read them because again, ********* seemed very nice and they felt they were getting a fair deal. Well that all crashed down when 3 days later ********* called to inform my son his trade wasn't acceptable because there was to much negative equity (he should have been told that the day of). When I called to inquire with ********* what was going on I was informed the other gentleman was no longer employed there and that he said a lot of "borderline" stuff to my son. So with my husband's name on the truck we went over there a few days later to see if there was anything we could do to get out of it being we really can't afford to take on another payment while raising 6 kiddos. When we got there any questions I asked ********* was very defensive and tried basically pushing everything off on my son. Unfortunately there was nothing they could do for us with the truck. So we left and just a few days later the "cosigner" found out he wasn't just a cosigner he was in fact the borrower! After ********* told the "cosigner" my son was the first on the loan when he was asked. My suggestion is before dealing with them go to the BBB website and look for yourself on their ratings. I get it ********* is just trying to make a living but being dishonest is no way to do that. And furthermore I know this review won't mean anything to a multimillionaire company, but because of a dishonest employee they are financially crushing a family of 8.

      I paid ***** on a down payment for my vehicle 2020 ****** Sentra, with a 644$ monthly payment . I have encounter so many problems with this vehicle . I wish I would have never went to this dealership . They told me I was under warranty but still coming out of my pocket to get things fixed on this vehicle , I havent even had this car 1year . When I took it to them to figure out the issue they couldnt ! I feel like they sent me coming and took advantage of me . They are selling lemon vehicles while messing up your credit at the same time because at this point Im thinking of giving the vehicle back . This is a sad situation which this company can care less about taking money for insufficient vehicles . I will never go to the place again & will tell anyone I know to not go there either . I have never experienced anything like this . I feel so disappointed .
