    Went to drop off my laundry here and it took me 20 minutes to find the atttendant because she was walking around outside the building not inside doing her job. Then she never explained the service to me or weighed my laundry in front of me! I even told her this was my first time ever dropping my laundry off to have someone else do it for me! I explained what all I was dropping off and what needed to be hung up which was my nursing scrubs for work and the rest could be folded! Mind you this service cost me $130 when I came to pick up my laundry because I had blankets a small rug and a pillow in it. I immediately realized my two pair of tennis shoes that were very expensive that wear to work were not there! I was naturally upset. Then I started looking at the stuff it looked like i had less stuff but my fiance was in hurry we had to go so we paid and left! When we got home I started going thru our clothes and as the days went by we realized none of our winter clothes had been returned! We had four pair of expensive jeans over $400 and ten /12 hoodies and sweatshirts a couple sweaters and a few t shirts and tank tops and ******** secret bras and sweat suits all taken! Over $1500/$2000 in clothes! The owner refuse to speak to me and wrote me a check for $325 and that was all I was offered for his business stealing our clothes! DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!
