    I am rejecting this response because:  
    Mr. ********** response is not addressing the complaint.  There was a problem with the water heater that I hired him to fix.  It is resonable to expect an electrician to check the wiring.   He should return the $150.00, for failing to do the job he was hired to do.  He needs to read the complaint again and answer for his failure and return the money he did not earn, in good faith.

    ed Mr. ******* to inform him that, the water heater was fixed. He did not do what I asked of him and I wanted my money returned. Again, he was rude and would not take any responsibility. Then I sent a letter and gave him 14 days to return the money, If he returned the money, I would consider this issue closed. He did not respond and did not return the money. If he had done a basic assessment and tightened down the loose wire, the money would not be an issue.
    I have provided the letter and invoice with this complaint. The invoice is rather strange. He wrote my information on it twice but did not put any of his. No date, identifying information, or phone number. I wrote that in, with a pencil.

    She is a guardian,  I put a meter box in for her to separate some stuff for her.  She is apart of a Estate.  I was contacted by her brother in 2020.  She called me a couple of months ago.  I came out and checked the hot water tank and there was nothing wrong with the hot water tank, and I have a service charge in the amount $150.00.  That is what I charge.
