5 starsI highly recommend metro east home inspections. I felt our inspector was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. He took his time with the inspection and answered all of my questions. He pointed out so many things that I missed during my walk through of the home. Overall he did a great job pointing out the bad and good so I could make a more educated decision with my home purchase. 5 starsI would highly recommend Metro East Home Inspection to anyone buying a home! *****, our whole home inspector, was extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed at each step of the inspection. *****, our sewer inspector, was great as well! Both were happy to answer our long list of questions. We had a very detailed report emailed to us the same day. 5 starsSecond time using them & both times have been nothing short of amazing. Theyre FAST at responding, getting questions answered, working with your schedule, & of course getting everything done in a very timely manner. Inspections are very detailed, even I, with hardly any home repair knowledge, understood it all. They rate the severity of issues they find which is also super helpful. 5 starsAmazing home inspection. ***** **** was extremely thorough when going through and around the house. He took lots of time to answer all my questions and show me exactly what he was looking at and explaining anything he found as he was going to add to his report allowing me a better understanding of what he identified.
In addition to the actual inspection, their customer service was amazing.
