      One of their drivers did not clean the trailer they were towing after leaving a job site. When they changed lanes and sped up a rock flew off of it hitting and chipping my brand new car's windshield. After days of telling me they would have it repaired they told me they would not and I could not prove anything.

      The claim made has several descripenses.1) The ** ***** was not on our work site location so has no proof that our driver "did not clean the trailer". Our employees are instructed and monitored to clean, remove, and safely install all equipment on the trailer. 2) There is no evidence that the rock came from our vehicle as there were several vehicles on the road way. Our vehicle was the most recognizable so ** ***** said it came from our vehicle as he could not identify or find fault in any other vehicle on the road way. 3) We did not tell ** ***** we would repair his windshield "After days of telling me they would". We took several phone calls from him but none of which was promised any repairs.

      It is our opinion that traveling on the roadway with your vehicle has its hazards that can not be tied to any particular individual/company. We incur cracked windshields from debris on the regular and no company is at fault, that is just a potential outcome of driving on the road. 

       

      ** ***** made claims and assumptions about this incident that were factually incorrect.
