    I ordered some prints from ****** Photos on 4-30-25. According to the tracking the package was processed on 5-1-25 to be delivered on 5-6-25. Its now 5-29-25 and still no pictures! Contacted *** and was transferred to 4 different people who dont know how to do their **** job, and then 1 actually hung up on me. *** you ****, ****** you ****, Mail innovations you **** the most. Give me my pictures!

    The have had two packages of mine for 10 days and cannot tell me where they are. ******************** (the parent company) is not interested in helping after multiple requests to do so. How a company that specializes in shipping can perform this poorly is confusing. The negative reviews online are similar to what I experienced. I just had no idea when ordering from Shutterfly that they were using this terrible shipping service.

    Terrible service and customer service. Extremely slow & will not provide information on your shipment. You can't ever get a hold of a representative. You just get the run around and are told to get with the shipper to resolve your issue. The *************************** is just as bad. If I could remove Mail Innovations from this planet, I would do so without even blinking and eye.
