This company is a scam. They will not return my calls regarding my core. I filed a warranty claim for a damaged rear main seal and have had zero communication on the claim. They provide a definitive product and refuse to communicate with their customers.

Scam ? We do have procedures that need to be followed. We scheduled a core pick up on 5-2-25 we have confirmed receipt of the core at our facilty. Due to the volume of cores we receive and process ( cores need to be qualified to receive credit ) getting a refund takes up to 30 days. A full core refund has been issued to Mr. ******** **** Card on 6-10-25. In regard to a filed Claim the warranty department has opened a claim ( Claim # ****** ) on 6-3-25 and we will have warranty reach out to Mr. ********

Hands down one of the best places to buy an engine from. If you call speak to **** he's the best. They can price you an engine give you an eta or let you know a price without being able to supply it. Things happen beyond anyone's control parts availability wise. With any warranty needed if ever they are super easy to deal with. That is a bonus in this industry. So if you want a good quality product give **** a call!

Well I am glad I learned about their customer service before buying. They priced my engine and they don't supply it? ******* is an empty suit and JR just didn't care. I got the quote the end of December and by mid January it expired. Run don't walk.

************* submitted a email request a quote form to us on December 21,2022.. ** returned the quote information back to ************* the same day, at that time the engine he was looking for was in stock. He calls us back 2-3 weeks later to order and it was already sold to somone else.. Sorry to dissapoint him , but we sell hundreds of engines a month and inventory changes daily. Sorry for the inconvenience.
