    Item ordered and shipping label created 5/2/2025. According to tracking item was never shipped. Received several messages of a delay in shipment with final result that it was to be received on 5/24/2025. We never received the item, it was never shipped according to tracking. Company has a history of charging for product and services not received.

    On January 23, 2025 I placed two orders on ****** (order numbers - 111-0324278-2776263 and 111-2775554-2496225) and never received my products. Stanios Industrial Supplies ("Seller") provided a ***** tracking number stating that they've shipped the product; however, upon researching the tracking info., ***** is stating that they never received anything from Seller to deliver. I have requested multiple times and in multiple ways to receive a refund for each order and have called Seller to no answer. Upon reading Seller's reviews on ****** there is a pattern of not fulfilling orders or delivering products.

    Ordered item on Amazon 2/07/25 and they never shipped it or responded to multiple emails and calls. Its now 3/05/25. This company is a scam and shouldnt be allowed to use ****** to rip people off

    Ordered on ************************ on 12-31-24. Ordered never filled. Email on 1-18-25 for refund. Reply if sure because order was in process so waited till 1-29-25. On 2-3-25 emailed again waiting on refund. Feb ***** requested again with each time being told in the queue for refund and will forward my request.

    I placed an order on the Stanios Industrial Supply Website on 6th February 2025. So far i have got no feedback on the status of my order. I came across customer reviews about the deliveries and response to customers, unfortunately it is all negative. This seems like a scam therefore i would like a refund of my money as soon as possible. I have written an email to them and they haven't responded.

    I ordered a small part, which was hard to find, online on October 20, 2024. One week later I sent an email asking about status of the order; I got a return email within one day saying they expected to ship the item within a week. One month later, after no shipment and no communication from them, I sent an email to cancel the order and asking for a full refund. I received a reply within one day saying the "request" for cancelation and refund would be sent to their accounting department, and they would email me when it had been approved. That was one week ago, and there has been no further word. I am now ready to contact my credit card company to open a dispute about this charge and to get it reversed. I only have a 60 day window for disputes, and that is running out in 10 days.

    I purchased an item on September 17th 2024 from Stanios for $2235.00. This order was never received and we requested a refund on Oct.9th. We have had multiple correspondence requesting this refund for the past 2 months and have not received anything. Their customer service said that the order was canceled, however, we have yet to have received our money back as of December 6, 2024.

    I ordered a high-pressure 2" layflat hose for a vegetable farm irrigation system from Stanios Industrial as a third-party seller on Amazon. Instead, I received this blue low-pressure hose. I contacted the seller to have them send the right one. Stanios Industrial did not email me back. So I called. They said they'd send me the correct hose right away and email a shipping notification. I never received an email. I did't receive the correct hose. About a week later, I called again. They said they had shipped the hose the day before, and would email me a shipping notification. Again, I have not received a notification. I have not received the hose. And, the blue hose is valued considerably less than the red hose I should have received. Now when I call, no one answers the phone, and the voicemail is full. At this point, I'll be contacting Amazon for a refund. But, I have lost time and money trying to solve what at first seemed like a mistake, but is now very obviously a scam.
