      I received my order 4 days late on an overnight ($48 extra) and they were all warped and damaged due to water exposure. Most of the addressed envelops were so water damaged they were unusable. I am amazed that a company that sells paper products doesn't have any plastic covering to prevent water damage. Especially during the winter months. Most likely it was ***** who got them wet, but this company didn't seem too concerned that not only were they late or damaged when I called. Blaming it on the shipper and not providing a refund is a company I don't want to do business with again. I know my daughter used them for her wedding invites and they were fine, but a company is defined when there is a problem and how they handle it. They handled it inappropriately and buyer beware because until they change their packaging to include plastic this problem will continue to occur.

      10/10 I love how my invitations came out, the quality is just amazing for a way lower price. Not to mention the outstanding customer service!!

      First I ordered our save the date magnets from here and I was SO impressed! They were delivered in a timely manner and the quality was amazing! We got so many compliments. Also the price!!! Amazing. I also just ordered bridal shower invitations for my best friend. Once again, they were at my door within a week or so, great quality, great price. I love that they send a bunch of samples with each package as well! We will definitely be ordering our wedding invitations from here! 10/10 recommend

      We ordered our Save The Dates mid-December 2022, LOVE THEM! I wrote this on the ****** Review and don't mind writing it again. We mistakenly ordered too many magnets, called customer service the next day, and they were extremely helpful, provided us a refund and was really kind and helpful throughout the process. The package came and was so professionally wrapped and organized, and they provided us with 20 additional magnets and envelopes! Thank you for being "truly engaging" with your customers! I would have given more than 5 stars if only I could. :-)

      Worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. They messed up my order which I had paid to rush because I needed to get my order out. I immediately tried to contact them when it arrived but their hours were very limited. I emailed and called the next morning and they agreed they made a mistake and they would remake them. They however would not rush my order or refund my rush shipping cost. They repeatedly told me they would ask a manager but the manager was busy. Eventually the manager offered to split the cost of rush shipping with me which I thought was absolutely ridiculous and unheard of. They claimed it was expensive and they would need approval from finance to help me. I work in manufacturing unfortunately mistakes cost a business money but truly engaging takes no responsibility for their mistakes and pass them on to the customer. Their communication was awful and wasted so much of my time and caused me days of stress. I eventually got my product over a week after my promised date. They have no business working in the wedding industry if they don't understand the impact of their mistakes. I am still out the money on my rush shipping an I am out a week of my life. The quality of the cards is great for the price but I would easily spend the extra money to never deal with that company again because the time I wasted is worth far more than the cash I saved choosing them.

      Absolutely recommend Truly Engaging! We did our invites, programs and thank yous through this site and everything was high quality. They were easy to work with, and prices were very affordable. Will absolutely use this site for any invites/Christmas cards in the future!

      We ordered our Save The Dates and wedding invitations from Truly Engaging. We are SO happy with the way they turned out. I was able to change minor things with wedding **************** was such an easy process. They were delivered so quickly too! They were put together so neatly wrapped. Highly recommend ordering from here for any cards!!

      I had never heard of Zazzle until I started researching for my Save the Date invitations. I was ABSOLUTELY pleased with the arrival of my invitations!! They were boxed neatly, in tissue paper, with samples of future items a Bride would need. They were printed beautifully. I had thought of purchasing a template and printing my own wedding invitations. However, I will have Zazzle print them as I know I will be happy with their delivery ??
