    I have purchased Vaxcel T0129 Mission Craftsman Burnished Bronze outdoor lamp for $152.81 on 5/27/21 from Affordable Lamps. Last week of August lamp stopped working and I noticed that sensor shield was broken. This product has integrated motion sensor so it carries 5-year warranty. This style of the lamp matches ideally style of my house but unfortunately it was discontinued by manufactures. I was sent a list of lamps that I needed to choose to replace my lamp. None of them looks even close to mine so I requested my money back. Company refused my request.

    Hello,
     
    In response to the complaint, our understanding was that this matter had been resolved to ****************** satisfaction.

    A replacement fixture that she had selected was sent to her on October 24th at no charge. 
     
    **************** did not wish to pursue a refund from the retailer from which she purchased the item, which is *************** practice, and the model she had originally purchased is no longer available.

    A replacement at no-charge was her requested resolution.
     
    Attached is an e-mail string addressing this matter and reflects our attempt to take care of our customer as best we can.

    I hope this will be appropriately reflected in our rating.
