    The organization has failed to respond to multiple inquires related to my oven control board. I purchased an additional warranty that expires 2027 for my oven control board that was rebuilt by CoreCentric Solutions. I submitted email requests to the business of October 19 and November 3 of 2024. We have received diagnostics from 2 different vendors that verify that the control board requires service. I feel that it is important to point out that CoreCentric Solutions only recently stated that the board was functioning properly after we recently sent the board at our expense after it began to malfunction.

    horrible - LEFT MANY MESSAGES WITH NO CALL BACK FINALLY GOT THROUGH TODAY AND WERE EXTREMELY RUDE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    1. 11:09 a.m. Friday, October 27th - Ordered a part, added 2 day shipping. I figured it being the weekend, it may be Tuesday, before I got the part, but was okay with that. 2. 9:25 a.m. Monday, October 30th - Emailed the company, requesting information on the shipping as I had yet to receive any shipping confirmation.3. 8:03 a.m. Tuesday, October 31st - Received an email that they would contact the warehouse and find out about shipping. 4. 10:47 a.m. Tuesday, October 31st - Received an email a shipping label has been created. 5. 12:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 31st - Sent an email, requesting a refund for the 2 Day Shipping 6. 1:42 p.m. Tuesday, October 31st - ************************ ***** answered. I told her my problem and requested a refund for the 2 Day shipping. ***** informed me that we were still getting "2 DAY AIR" shipping and said she would split the cost. I replied back that I didn't want to "split the cost", I wanted a refund for the 2 Day shipping because I ordered the part 3 days ago. I was in the middle of saying, I didn't mind paying for the ground shipping which was less than the split cost, and ***** interrupted and belligerently asked if I wanted it for free. I than in a calmly requested ***** to let me finish. She then huffed, 'Well okay'. I let ***** know that "I don't mind paying for the ground shipping, but I refuse to be charged for 2 Day shipping for something that just had a shipping label made. 2 Day shipping means I will receive it in two days." I asked ***** to put herself in my shoes and asked her what does 2 Day shipping mean to you when you order things? I then asked her if that made sense. She replied, yes it does. I will refund your account now. I thanked her and told her to have a good day. My problem with Partsimple is that I've yet to receive the part, but I have had to deal with false advertising, poor shipping and rude customer service. Poor customer service all the way around.

    Poor customer service. Crappy products. No backing on warranty. Scaming customers with products that are not long lasting and UNSAFE.

    This company has a BBB rating of F, yet on their website they post the BBB image pretending that they have an A+ rating. What a scam!
