    In September of 2024 I purchased a piece of Luggage from Winners in ******. The luggage was defective. I reached out To Heritage (as per the accompanying Warranty instructions that came with the luggage), and asked them if i should just return the piece to Winners or how would they like me to proceed. They replied saying they would send me a replacement piece, and asked for my shipping information. I received the replacement piece in October, and was pleased with the service. in January 2025, I received an invoice from *** for $250.90-$27 Brokerage fees and $223.90 shipping! I paid under $100 for the luggage initially! Nowhere in our correspondence did they tell me i would be charged any fees, otherwise i would have simply returned the piece to Winners. I have tried repeatedly to contact them, and they are not responding to calls or emails. I would like compensation at the very least of the shipping charge of $223.90.

    I purchased in March this year a backpack for a trip to ****** that would be good for my computer passport. It was the ****** and I loved it so many pockets etc. Perfect and took it to ******* in March worked great. In beginning of September I took the backpack to ***** and while there I noticed a pocket that i dont even use was falling apart and becoming frayed. I called ****** and they told me to send Hertiage an email. I have sent them alot of emails and **** responded back and said they hadnt gotten them. So I sent again and then they said they had not received the pictures requested in warranty. Sent a whole bunch more emails and still nothing. What is going on. They respond back to emails saying they hadnt gotten emails which is odd because they are responding back and then they claim they are getting emails but not getting the pictures. I have all the emails sent and received. Just want my backpack fixed
