    Bought a new refrigerator and noticed quickly that the ice machine didnt work. They sent a service man who did not even look to see if the water was connected correctly- stood in my kitchen and said its defect on March 24, 2025. So, no repair made. I call to request them to exchange the brand new fridge with one that has working ice machine. They say they will send a tech to repair the ice machine. The appointment was set thru the company and denied by the technician on April 4.On April 10, I call wanting a replacement fridge for the brand new fridge with no working ice machine. She informs me that 3 technicians have to claim it not working before they replace it and also tells me there is no record of the first tech on March 24. And, had I not called 6 days after the second tech denied the request, I probably would not have their back office trying to schedule ANOTHER appointment in the next 3 business days. This has been going on since March 19 and getting nothing but a run around and still no working ice machine on a brand new refrigerator.
