      I am currently renting with this company oak rentals and the management is horrible , I just moved April 15th and been having problems since Ive moved , Ive been had electrical problems first my stove wasnt working due to the outlet not working , I have small children so they have to eat . My back porch isnt safe its trashed the floor boards arent properly Placed , my back door isnt correctly shut anything can squeeze through , my kitchen window isnt properly shut I have glass all around my windows , my hot water is turned off every other day no one is coming out to fix anything , I have roaches in and out which is very disgusting! I have a few minor other problems with my bathroom as well ! I would like to be moved or places elsewhere that is more comfortable and safe for me and my children
