    roofing was renovated by Everlast roofing co. project manager {*********************** .{************} (Owner of the company: *************************, {************]} Roofing has been leaking and suppose to be repair, six months ago ****** came inspected and said within two weeks he will arrenge some one come and fix. but since then no response. we have been calling ****** and *********************** run around back and forth between ****** and ****. Have not got any response .

    It is our policy that customers that pay their bills are *********** service calls and warranty repairs.  Customers that do not pay, ignore our repeated invoices, do not receive any further service visits, nor warranty repairs until the balance is settled in full.  You have had an outstanding invoice for a downspout added to your rear gutter that you requested to have installed.  We have mailed this outstanding invoice to you over and over and you only ignore the invoice.   Our office has have tried to collect from you for over 3 years now and it is only now that you want service that you contact us.
