    Awesome experience. Very friendly personnel (I dealt with ***** and ****). They had my car done sooner than expected and now ************* and no problems with my A/C anymore. All the work was reasonably priced.To the previous poster that indicated that they are racist here towards the people of color, I don't know who you dealt with but my skin is very dark brown (specially with it being summer) and I had nothing but a good, positive experience with them. I jave nothing but good things to say. I picked up my car today and all seems great.

    Very rude manager or owner and he doesnt like color people, told me we dont serve you people i almost called police on them.

    had trans work done about 2 years ago. I supplied my own parts and oil including extra trans gasget extra filter extra oil. I asked for an out of door price since i supplied all materials. They agreed. When i picked up my GLK350 he had an extra $50 on the bill i said whats this. Oh you supplied your own parts. Fed up I left. I got home and found the $120 of extra stuff that was in the trunk was gone. I was taken for a ride. Now trans started to act up. Took to a better repair shop in Mundelin. They fond that Manfreds did not bolt wired back in place post trans oil change. Burned wire harness on exhaust. . Cost $500 to fix. Be afraid very afraid of this shop.

    This issue was in NO WAY caused here. The last time *** had his car here was in January 2 2020 that is not 2 years ago it is 2 years and 11 months and 2 weeks (almost 3 YEARS ago). No way that the wiring would burn up that slow. If there was a issue it would have presented itself in less that a week not 3 years. We stand behind all our work 100% and if there are any issues at all we always take care of them. For transmission fluid and filter we would have no reason to remove or touch any wires ever on ***** ******** transmission. When that car came in from our records the Transmission pan was rusted and we replaced the transmission pan per Kens approval. That is where the extra charge came from. As far as extra parts? We would NEVER take any parts from your car (we only use genuine original equipment parts and have no need for your aftermarket amazon or **** parts you supplied us). Also very suspicious why you would even have duplicate gaskets and filter for a simple transmission fluid change. This review is not fair to our honest and hard working business and should be removed.According to CarFax your car was serviced 3 times by OTHER REPAIR SHOPS since we seen your car and most was caused by another shop (most likely the last one your visited). Also the pictures you have up are so blurry you cant even make out what is going on there.
