  So far this has been my worst experience of owning a PC to date. I have never had so many issues within a year and a half of a PC until this one. I sent it in November of 24 because of a noise I would hear on occasion. Spent 300$ to send it back. They get it do testing say it's fine. They did not tell me their trouble shooting steps, send back any stress testing of parts to make sure they were good. When someone buys a 3k computer spends 300$ to send it back. There should be more than "it's fine".Now we are 7 months later and I have a cooler rattling my desk. With a quick search you can tell this part had known issue for years. Not something I would sell with it's track record. I am giving them an opportunity to do right this time and fix the issue and hopefully with free shipping as I've already wasted my money once. Then I will update my review. As of now this is the worst prebuilt PC I have owned.

We take your feedback seriously and would like to address the issues outlined in your review.Regarding the service in November 2024, we conducted our standard tests wherein we test each individual component (***, GPU, memory/RAM, drive, power supply) on the test bench, and also run a comprehensive battery of stress tests on the fully assembled machine, including Prime95 *** torture tests, FurMark3D for GPU stress testing, and benchmarks such as Cinebench and Heaven Bench. These tests are applied to every new and repaired machine to ensure reliability. Unfortunately, we were unable to replicate the noise you described during our testing. Electronic components, such as those in high-performance PCs, can sometimes exhibit issues like coil whine under specific electrical conditions that may not be present in our testing environment. These things can be caused by peripherals a client is using, specific electrical conditions in a client's home, etc. and there is no way for us to precisely replicate the exact operating conditions in our shop. We regret any lack of clarity about our troubleshooting process and assure you that no issues were detected at the time. Additionally, we waived the $95 testing fee as a courtesy.Concerning the current issue with the cooler, we understand your frustration, but would point out that any widely used PC component is going to have detractors you can find online. Even the most reliable components are going to be lambasted somewhere on the internet. We've experienced relatively few issues with that cooler over the years, and we still use the current version of it in some of our models. Your machine remains under warranty, and we are happy to replace the *** cooler for you if it's not functioning as it's supposed to. We responded to your recent tech support ticket (which you opened July 5, 2025) on July 7, 2025, the first business day after the July 4th holiday weekend. As we have not yet received a reply, we kindly ask you to respond to our help desk correspondence so we can proceed with next steps, including arranging any repairs if necessary.   Great very responsive customer service. Ordered a PC from them but had to cancel because of personal finance reasons on my end. They refunded me quickly.

  I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Alexander PC's. The ordering process was smooth and straightforward, and **** was incredibly helpful every step of the way in helping me pick the perfect PC for my needs and even adding the US Navy Flag to the *** cooler screen. When my custom PC arrived, it was securely packaged in double boxes, ensuring that everything arrived in perfect condition. Even after delivery, when I had a question about setup, their follow-up support from **** was prompt and he was most knowledgeable.   Alexander PC's is nothing short of perfection, absolutely great staff and amazing service. I was able to talk to **** on what PC build I wanted exactly for my needs. I am a part-time content creator/ streamer with the occasional video/photo editing. My custom PC build was built and shipped very quick and with an included lifetime warranty you can't go wrong at all. There is not many PC building businesses out there where you can talk to an actual human and get professional advice on what route to go. Love that you know exactly what parts are on your PC (no adding cheap parts like other businesses out there) and the wiring management was great. I have had no issues with my custom PC and highly recommend Alexander PC's to everyone that is interested in building their custom PC!

  I started looking into getting a pc and began searching through all of the companies I could go through. I found Alexander PCs through a YouTuber and decided to look into them. The whole process of building my pc, choosing the specs and all of the small details, ordering it, getting to watch it being built, receiving it, and playing on it have exceeded all of my expectations. The ** is wonderful and I have never had any problems. Their lifetime warranty is unmatched compared to other companies. The employees have always been very helpful with any questions I have had and gave me a very clear beneficial response. Overall, I would recommend Alexander PCs to anyone looking into getting a **, they are wonderful.

  I bought two Custom Pcs from them thus far and they are great. Fast and responsive. I bothered them A LOT with many questions during the pre built and post built process and they were super helpful and didn't get annoyed. I will continue to use them knowing i will get a great deal and great service.

  Amazing company. I found these guys after a nightmare experience with one of their competitors. So glad that I did. Communication was great. They had just moved facilities so there was a small delay on my unit shipping out -but- unlike most companies (including the competitor) they actually communicated this ahead of time, instead of making the customer chase them down. The unit arrived with far better packaging, actually worked -and - unlike the competitor, their life time warranty means that even if there had been an issue, we could have worked together to resolve it without my warranty being run out (as the competitor had, which was what cost them my sale). I got the unit in 2 days after it shipped, unlike the whole week it took every time the competitor sent (or had me send back) the unit. Highly recommend these guys, plus they are veteran owned. Admittedly, I got one of their prebuilt models, but the fact that they want to work with customers to ensure custom PCs fulfill their needs seems promising to me.

  I purchased one of their Pre builds back in early 2022 and the machine has ran like a dream ever since. Have reached out for help setting up software and technical upgrades a few times and the staff has always been very helpful.

  I came to Alexander PCS when I was looking to get sponsored. I soon realized I would need a PC to do what I wanted for my channel and their channel. I'm a small time IRL streamer and I stream games from time to time. I ordered a PC which was a good cost of around $3,500 give or take a few dollars.I asked **** for a very specific build, He let me pick my pc piece by piece and Alexander PCS built it and had it out in an extremely timely manner. When it comes to build quality I don't think there is anything I'd rather have.My PC:i9-13900k RTX ****ti 32GB DDR5 **an ** 8 Pin and ** Pin RGB Cables This is an entirely custom build where I was able to pick the parts I wanted and they built it to spec. The Process was professional and when it comes to warranty if something breaks. You send your PC in and they'll fix it. These guys know what they're doing and they know how to build a computer, and if something goes wrong enjoy your lifetime warranty. The best part is that it's a veteran owned veteran operated company, they look out for veterans here.
