    Problems with Caterer for wedding on March 18, 2023: ******* showed up late and unprepared without enough food for 150 guests.Caterer arrived between 5:30 and 5:40. Scheduled time was 5pm.******* had communicated that they would be in new uniforms - They were not Dinner began around 6:30. Food was not prepared in advance and was being prepped on site as dinner was being served (chop vegetables, open cans, heat food)Mention of food running out came from guests about 6:45. Maybe **** tables of 22 were served.Caterer specified that she had made double chicken and double beef. Asked if she had enough food to feed 100 people (food for 150 was ordered) and she mentioned some food that was at home. When asked to go get the remaining food, she noted that the vehicle was on E.Caterer left between 7-7:10PM Food was served cold - hamburger and chicken were dry and not seasoned-chicken, salad, cornbread and rice had run out. Quesadillas were on the menu, but were not provided.Only lettuce, bottled ranch and jar salsa were available to top the tacos/nachos (e.g., no onion, tomato, shredded or sauced cheese, sour cream, hot sauce)Canned refried beans were still in the cans. No attempt to prepare or heat.Canned cheese sauce was microwaved when a guest specifically asked if there was any cheese available.Onions, tomatoes and sweet peppers eventually made it out to the food line as they were being chopped, they were in disposable plastic containers.Cupcakes had royal blue, purple and white frosting. The wedding colors were purple and white. No blue involved - some cupcakes looked very nice with pretty icing techniques. Many of the cupcakes looks like they had icing just squirted on them. The self-proclaimed Professional Chef and Fine Dining Caterer chose (to name a few) to serve Ricos canned nacho cheese sauce, Old El Paso canned refried beans, Pace Picante Salsa in jugs and Great Value Ranch dressing. We had to buy 25+ pizzas and salad for guests to eat.

    As of April 21, 2023 we have not talked with Patty Cake Catering.  There has been no communication with the business and no settlement of any kind offer or made.
