This complaint is being filed in regards to the service received on February 8, 2024 from Domino's Store#****. I am a care taker for Matrix 365 Care LLC. At Matrix 365 Care we take pride in establishing tailor made care plans to fit our clients needs. I've been working exclusively with two clients whom are mother and daughter for 9 months. My clients suffer mental, physiological, psychological and emotional disorders. Due to a family crises that arose at my clients residence Matrix365Care LLC made arrangements for a 3 day stay at the *************** on *************************************************** 138 the expected delivery destination. I placed an order via internet for my clients and expected to pay by cellphone with a feature know as tap pay. Already anxiety stricken and unable to conceptualize present events normally due to a ongoing crises at home my delicate attempts to verbalize "I'm walking to Domino's on foot to purchase the order" caused grave hysteria and stress. I do not own a vehicle!Walking to the store to purchase the order was the only option. To better suit the needs of disable individuals especially during the pandemic Domino's should be un-bias as to which stores equip drivers with tech compatible with contactless payments or tap pay.Domino's advertised payment upon delivery. Instead I received unsatisfactory service and suffered tremendous stress that emerged from this incident. The pizza was ordered at approximately 8:45 but unfortunately my clients ate at roughly 11pm. Intentional or unintentional Matrix 365 Care has a zero discrimination policy! We strongly suggest a refund, repair compensation 120,000$ due to emotional, mental, psychological distress, punitive damages, discrimination and questionable rather conspicuous unfair business practices. Matrix 365 Care believes all business's should create methods to ensure disable consumers get quality service. If this issue is not resolved in 30 days or less Matrix365Care will take action immediately!
