The air conditioning is not functioning. I paid $164.04 for them to put some Freon in it. There were to do a vacuum leak detector test on it. I asked what type of warranty and they told me it depends on the type of work that is done. They said they would look at it again, but it will not be until August 2nd. My wife and I are seniors and we need something cool to ride in.

The owner is requesting a refund, we are more than happy to look at his concern when our shop has availability, however, we can not offer any refunds or repair resolutions without first having the opportunity to look at the vehicle.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:As a Seniors and disabled Veteran both my wife and I are suffering extreme heat related problems, especially  when in the car and they refused to work us in to their schedule in a timely manner to fix the source of the problem when they should have done so in the beginning.  They have no accountability and are greedy and in no hurry to correct the problem by working us in.  We are extremely vulnerable physically as well as financially and nervous and cautious about the experience all ready.  Additionally, we were afraid of heat stroke and obviously needed it correctly diagnosed and repaired at the source of the problem quickly.  We found another more non callous place we are going  to with more understanding about our  age and health and the insight to solving problems correctly at the source.  Notice how long it took for the business to respond, as just example.  As, mentioned earlier, we reached out to them and they were in no hurry at all.  No insight, no consideration, no accountability. Advantage = Bob's Engine hospital.  We suffer, they gain.  Thank you for trying.  You must be really proud to have them as a member.

    Sincerely,
