    Dear BBB,

    I am writing to file a formal complaint against Central Illinois Credit Union regarding an incident that has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned. The details of the incident involve their collaboration with ******* ******, who illegally attempted to compensate my vehicle without my permission.

    On August 28th, ******* ******, acting on behalf of Central Illinois Credit Union, entered my garage without any prior authorization or consent. This intrusion into my private property is a clear violation of my rights and a breach of trust. Additionally, the representative from ******* ****** caused further distress by repeatedly banging on my door, creating a disruptive and unsettling environment.

    I want to emphasize that I have been in constant communication with Central Illinois Credit Union regarding my payments and the challenges I have faced due to losing my job. Despite my efforts to maintain transparency and discuss my situation openly, I was completely unaware of any plans to inspect or compensate my vehicle. In fact, I had just made a payment on August 24th which adds to my confusion and frustration surrounding this incident.

    I believe that Central Illinois Credit Union's actions, along with the behavior of their representative from ******* ******, are unacceptable and warrant investigation. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, which was clearly lacking in this case.

    I kindly request the Better Business Bureau to intervene in this matter and conduct a thorough investigation into the actions of Central Illinois Credit Union and ******* ******. I also urge you to take appropriate measures to rectify this situation and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.

    I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Please let me know if any further information is required from my end to proceed with the investigation.

    Dear BBB,

    I am writing to clarify the payment status of my account with Central Illinois Credit Union and seek your assistance in resolving the issue. I made a $500 payment on August 24th, and my payments are up to date. However, I have been unable to receive communication from the Credit Union despite my attempts.

    I have attached emails as evidence of my attempts to contact the Credit Union. I have made numerous phone calls and sent multiple emails, but there has been no response or clarification on my account's status.

    Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention a ******* video in which the towing company associated with the Credit Union illegally attempted to repossess my vehicle at my residence. The video clearly shows their unauthorized actions, and I believe this is a violation of my rights as a consumer.

    I kindly request your intervention and guidance in facilitating a resolution to this matter. I want to set up a payment arrangement or agreement with the Credit Union to restore my account to good standing. Through open communication and cooperation, I believe a mutually beneficial solution can be reached.

    As a reputable organization, the Better Business Bureau plays a crucial role in mediating disputes and ensuring fair treatment for consumers. Therefore, I humbly request your assistance in resolving this issue and achieving a satisfactory resolution.     I am writing to formally follow up on the ongoing issue I have been experiencing with ******* ****** and the Central Illinois Credit Union. Despite previous communications, I was forced to send another email, this time directly to the CEO of Central Illinois Credit Union and the credit union manager. 



    Unfortunately, ******* ****** was sent to my home once again in an attempt to repossess my vehicle, which I believe is unjustified. I have attached the email I sent to them for your reference.



    I hope that you can assist in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you for your attention to this issue.
