      I bought a sectional from Ashley in 2024 and have had nothing but problems with it. I have had it serviced several times and when I complained this last time they informed me that the sectional I got was a floor model when I paid for a NEW sectional. They keep trying to just fix each part that goes bad when it is clearly falling apart. I feel lied to and so taken advantage of. We work hard for our money and for them to give us used and expect us to take off work or use our extra time for them to keep replacing parts is so sad!!! I am so frustrated, I bought the protection so if anything was wrong they would fix or replace the sectional and they won't replace it!!! I will never buy from there again and I would suggest everyone to ask if it is used or new!!! They deserve no stars!!!

      They sell you a warranty incase there is trouble with what you purchase and then don't honor the warranty. So you are just stuck with a piece of junk.??
