    This company needs to be looked at for a money grab.

    Castle Provided a bid for service in which was agreed upon between customer and plumbing manager. This job was started on June 7th 2024 and completed on October 8th 2024. Total for the repair was $14910.88 which the customer still has an outstanding balance of $4910.88. It is our understanding that the only payment we have received is from an insurance payment of $10000.00. Castle did not bid to do the grade/finish work once the original repair was completed. When reaching out to the customer for final payment, we were asked to do the grade work, which we agreed to do so long as final payment was received for the work already completed. We have offered finance options for the balance to assist with payment.

    With that being said, not sure where the "Money Grab" comment makes sense. We did the work we agreed to do and didn't get paid for our service.
