Thank you for helping me with my Wi-Fi problems, Donna. I really appreciate it! The ticket number is ******.

I wish I could give 0 stars. The only saving grace of this company is the people working in customer support, but the actual WiFi service sucks so bad. My apartment complex forces me to use Pavlov as an ISP here I get only 100Mbps and outages every week and once a month it’s down for almost 24 hours! It’s ridiculous that a WiFi company can operate when the service only works 80% of the time! I have deadlines and important assignments, and with the WiFi constantly being out, I’m forced to use my phone's hotspot. I wish I had a choice in my ISP because I WOULD NOT choose Pavlov in any universe!

This company's customer service is extremely poor. I've been trying to cancel my service for 16 days and have reached out to 8 different representatives and I still have no idea if it has been cancelled. The reps act stupid and instead of cancelling your service they say they put in a note to cancel your service so that they can keep it going against your will to keep taking your money. This seems to be becoming more and more common in today's world. T**** style business practices. I wouldn't do business with these people again even if the service was free. I had to contact my bank to terminate Pavlov service by blocking their payments. They'll probably mail me a bill at that point and start incurring interest. I fully expect Pavlov to continue poking my eyes with a sharp stick.

I don't understand how a service that was meant to be ultra reliable could the opposite. I thought the whole point of fiber was to have speed and consistency, a reduction of down time. And customer service, is a no go. They're not even in our state. Frustrating All this to avoid ***, which at least was predictably bad.

Pavlov is the worst internet service provider you could possibly be stuck with (because you’d never choose it yourself). The service is wildly inconsistent with several day-long outages all with the same excuse of “fiber optic cable damage.” It is pathetic for a student housing apartment complex to choose a provider that disallows them to do their schoolwork or other responsibilities that they were under the impression they could complete easily due to the “free wifi” provided at their complex. It isn’t “free wifi” if I have to drive to a library or a ********** to use internet I don’t pay for as part of my lease because the provided service is so terrible and has such low download and upload speeds that a 30 minute episode of your favorite show turns into an hour and 15 because you’re constantly waiting for it to buffer due to Pavlov’s terrible performance. If I could give Pavlov 0 stars, I absolutely would. I can’t believe that a company can get away with taking hard earned money to provide below the bare minimum in internet service and in customer support.

Kyle was the technician that got us set up at our *** ******* loactation. He was very polite and respectful and was efficient in taking care of our situation. I also appreciated his sensitivity to putting down a cover on our new carpet as well as removing his shoes. He had previously been working in an attic and did not want to transfer the smudges from his clothes to our new flooring. I appreciated that very much. He patiently answered questions that I had regarding the set up. We are very happy with our service.

Terrible internet. I have to constantly restart my laptop for it to recognize the Wi-Fi. My phone will drop connection at random times. I have to use cellular data. I never leave reviews on products, but ever since the apartment complex switched providers, I have had so many issues I want them to be heard. I pay way too much money for such a terrible service.

worst service every to exist. I have called and called to get my internet to run at my Apartments and it only works if i hard reset my devices. This is tradable, they blame me for the problem. I am a computer science major and understand how connections work, but the overseas support dose not think that there is a problem on there end. I should not have to pay for a service that does not work!!!! if it could be a 0 rating i would do it

I guess i should have looked at reviews here before signing up with them. But clearly, not many people are looking at these reviews. We had a landscape company cut the fiber line that pavlov had laid in May. In November, they sent me an email about the invoice for the repairs which I never got. A month later, they send me a letter by mail that says my "account" is significantly past due (a month is significantly past due??), even though the monthly charges are being paid automatically. The person that i talked to, had absolutely no desire to listen. She was "right about all of it", and my only choice was to pay or be turned over to a collections agency. The internet service isn't horrible, just this sour interaction.
