Thank you for your help!  Here's the details of my complaint:

On 12/2/2024 I purchased a course entitled “Land Trusts Made Simple”, and also an accompanying recording of a seminar by the same name in an MP3 format. The purchase also included calls with Mr. Randy Hughes to formulate my own Land Trust using the material he taught in his course and seminar. The course and seminar were produced and sold by Mr. Hughes, AKA Mr. Land Trust. When I purchased the materials, I told Mr. Hughes that I would not be able to study and work on the information initially, but as soon as I had time, I would dive into it, then schedule calls with him to find tune the paperwork as was offered. He said no problem, that I can access the information anytime, and could work with him thereafter.
In March 2025, I began receiving charges on my credit card in the amount of $37. I wrote Randy Hughes several times over many months about this issue. Finally he responded and said that everything would be refunded, and his assistant ****** said the same. About this time my schedule freed up and I decided to download the course and MP3 so I could go through the material and then set up my calls with Mr. Hughes. When I attempted to click on the download links, they simply sent me to the shop. It’s as if they wanted me to purchase these products all over again. I went ahead and emailed ****** several times, but I never heard back. I then emailed Mr. Hughes, and suddenly and suddenly ****** wrote me back saying that I would need to sign up for the $37 per month subscription again in order to download what I had already purchased. I stated I did not want to sign up for another subscription that I didn’t want or need, and all I was trying to do was access the material I had already purchased. ****** wrote back and said I would need to sign up for their subscription again, paying the $37 fee which was not refundable, and then I would be able to download what I purchased prior. I called

I called Randy Hughes, and relayed the e-mail exchange I had with his subordinate ******. I stated I did not want to purchase anything more at this time, and that I just wanted to download the products I had already purchased so I could go through them, then follow up with him for the implementation process of the material. Randy said the same thing that I would need to subscribe, and pay for the subscription, in order to attain the product I had already purchased from this company once. I stated that was extortion, an illegal act, and he simply hung up the phone.

I’ve sent a demand letter, and I’m also asking here, that Mr. Randy Hughes, and his assistant ******, simply provide a refund for the materials I have not received. This includes the home study material for Land Trust made simple, the MP3 recording of the seminar, and the follow up calls with Mr. Hughes. BBB, Thank you for your time!
