    In May of this year, I had Red Dog come out to complete a landscaping job. I provided the edging and mulch. They charged me $90 per hour for the labor. They were to till up the ground (I never saw a till at work), put down weed barrier, edging and mulch, then replant 3 plants that I had there. They worked for about 4.5 hours, but I had to pay them for the total hours they bid, which was 6 hours. I'd just had surgery and so I wasn't able to supervise them very well. I also didn't notice a problem till I went out there this month and looked at it. There were weeds everywhere, my plants were dead (I don't care as much about that), the ground hadn't been tilled (even though they are arguing that it was). Also, as you can see by the tall weeds at each end, they didn't put the barrier down from end to end. I contacted, them a couple of weeks ago, and they agreed to come (last week, but they made no effort to come over) finish the barrier and pull the weeds, but not till. I believe that the reason it only took 4.5 hours is because they didn't till the ground. I would like them to come back and finish the job they didn't complete. I would like them to till, weed and finish the barrier.
