    On April 10th, I came to the shop seeking warranty service for a repair that was not performed correctly. Despite maintaining a non-hostile attitude throughout the interaction, I was met with a highly inappropriate and hostile response. During the interaction, owner verbally assaulted me by shouting profanities, including the f-word, and threatening to "clock out and punch me." These actions were not only aggressive but also left me feeling unsafe and intimidated. This behavior, especially from a business owner in a professional setting, is unacceptable. ensure my rights are respected and upheld. I am requesting the following: A full refund for the repair costs or an appropriate remedy to address the damage related to your faulty workmanship. An apology for the verbal assault and intimidation I endured during our interaction. To clarify the matter regarding the phone, I hereby summarize the issue and my perspective: When the owner opened the phone case to remove moisture, the corner of the phone screen was elevated. I returned a month later to submit this warranty claim. I made this claim because the elevated corner of the screen left that part of the phone unprotected by the metal frame, making it especially prone to subsequent damage, which has occurred recently. If the corner had not elevated, the frame would have provided adequate protection. Although I noticed the elevation, I did not reach out immediately because I did not understand the implications at the time. As such, I did not choose to address the matter right away. I should not be held at fault for not returning earlier regarding the elevated corner. As a customer, many factors—such as time, effort, willingness to confront the shop, and travel—must be considered. However, the owner made this fact the basis of his attack on me.
