    Dear BBB, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Smith's Towing regarding an incident that occurred on August 28th, 2024. I believe their actions du**** this incident were in violation of my rights and constituted illegal trespassing. On the mentioned date, I received a visit from a representative of Smith's Towing. I informed him that Mr. ********* was not present at my residence. However, I observed through my **** camera that the representative proceeded to enter my garage without my permission. After a brief period inside the garage, he returned to his truck and attempted to tow my vehicle. Disturbed by this intrusion, I confronted the representative and asked him to leave my property immediately. Despite my request, he persistently banged on my door, creating a hostile and intimidating environment. I would like to emphasize that ente**** someone's personal property, specifically their garage, without permission is a clear violation of privacy and is illegal. I believe Smith's Towing should be held accountable for their representative's actions, as they not only disregarded my rights but also created a distressing situation. To support my complaint, I have a recording from my **** camera that captures the incident and validates my account of the events. I kindly request your assistance in addressing this matter and taking appropriate action against Smith's Towing. I believe it is crucial to hold them accountable for their actions and ensure that other consumers are not subjected to similar violations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
