    I bought 2 very expensive lifts from this company. One of them quit working so I called for service a day later the technician called and made an appointment for 2 days later. He was supposed to arrive at 10:30 on the day of the appointment. When he was an hour late, I called the office and was told he was on a job and would call me right away. I never got the phone call. When he was 2 hours overdue I called and was told that he was on a job. Now at 3 hours overdue,I still haven’t heard from the technician
    I have the chair lift because I need it. You would think in the business they are in they would at least have the courtesy of calling me to reschedule
