    Owner extrememly rude. Tried putting me in my place because of a vehicle they've had of mine for 45+days. Upset I was in his rental, but wouldn't let me have the vehicle in the shop shipped at MY cost to a different garage/mechanic shop. Did I yell and get upset with them (***** location) you bet I did! Who wouldn't for being without their vehicle they're paying on and all you get is excuse after excuse ie: waiting on parts, waiting on tools (Ummm....shouldn't you have said tools?), waiting on instructions (ummmm.....). I got tired of going through mechanic shop and thought I'd try to talk with the owner to find out my options. That's when I found out they've talked about me, not understanding to my situation, and down right rude for being "a pain". I'll never go to them for anything again, which I'm sure they'd appreciate. I understand they have a business to run but have a little bit of compassion for a person! Owner pretty much said for me to never come to his places for business just not in those words. Trust me Diepholz is the LAST place I would ever consider doing business at, wouldn't bother me if they were the lower rate, I'll still go where I'm actually treated with respect!

    Unfortunately, without more information including VIN number and name, we are unable to find out any details on this allegation.  I do question the Rental car.  Diepholz does provide loaner vehicle at no cost to customers who have purchased from them, but never charges for them.  With additional information we can look further into this.
