    Early April 2022 I hired *************************** of My Luxury Backyard DBA CLS LANDSCAPE located at ********************************************************************************* to install a new patio and patio cover at my home ********************************************** to include services:* Remove grass, install GRADE 8 & Compact, Patio 24ft x 19ft, build steel pergola, install grill with countertop, new lighting system, new steps with led stone caps, diamond style brick paver with trim, new landscape with flowers, mulch and treat oak wood for the pergola. On April 30,2022 **** provided a detailed list of work to be performed along with a total cost $ ****** of services to which on that date a signed contract by myself and **** was established along with a receipt for a down payment of $6000 cash to which he was paid. Within a week after cash deposit was made, I noticed that the work was not being performed in a timely manner, communication became vague with blanket promises and return dates to ultimately his communication stopped. After several attempts to contact him via phone call and text messages on May 23,2022 I requested to have my deposit returned to me. To this date **** has not returned my down payment of $6000 nor provided any of the above mentioned services. I have since considered my down payment/cash stolen along with loss of services. Last address of record for CLS LANDSCAPE is *********************************************************************************. I am filing a formal consumer complaint for a return of all funding paid. Please see below for uploads of contract, proof payment along with correspondence via text message between myself and ***************************.
