    Substandard *************************** Substandard Company!!I visited the Multistate Transmission location in *************** on 1/2023 to rebuild transmission for 2008 **** explorer for total of $5,169.00 jerks, slips, and check engine light displayed on my dashboard. As of 7/2023, my vehicle still has the same issues. I relocated to ***** and I had to get my vehicle serviced again to the Multistate located in *********** *****. I was informed by the owner that I can not get my vehicle serviced until the location in *************** mail them the parts. This process was about 5 weeks and I had to wait even longer due to substandard parts from the ******** location. I had to experience the hard way that these locations are franchised and know one will not assist you without the money. My vehicle was serviced in September 2023, January 2024 for jerking, slips, check engine light and transmission leaks. Now I am informed by the *********** location that my vehicle is inoperable due to a bad gear box. I am disappointed at both locations because I should have been made aware that the gear needs replaced and given a price from both locations. Trust no one!!!
